Cornerstone Christian Training and Resource Center Project
Cornerstone
Ministries, Inc. is in the process of raising
funds to establish the Cornerstone Christian
Training and Resource Center. We hope that you
will consider becoming a partner with us in
helping to get this Center operational. CMI has
secured a 25-year lease on Smith Lake School. This
24,000 sq
ft building is no longer used by the school
system, and it can be adapted to meet the needs of
Cornerstone and those we are called to serve.
.....the rest of the story.

You can help us transform this
facility into an asset of hope for this community.
Here are our immediate needs

Pastors and Christian leaders of All Nations lack
the resources and training necessary to transform
their communities into safe and united
communities:
-
Training
is required around church administration,
serving and counseling families and children
in crisis, and raising up and developing local
leaders.
-
Needed
community resources include building supplies,
food, training materials, and more to assist
hundreds of families in crisis.
Cornerstone
has been working since 1982 to help Christian
pastors overcome these challenges. We do this by
sponsoring training events and by working with
several organizations to ensure the delivery of
resources. Training is held in rented places, and
resources are stored at various locations.
Training sites are expensive, and pastors do not
have the money necessary to help with the expense.
We have relationships with food distribution
centers and mission groups, however, distribution of
supplies is more than challenging because items
are stored at various places across the
Reservation, some of them very remote. In spite of
the lack of space, hundreds of lives have been
touched over the years by our ministry. Our
objective is to grow this part of the ministry, so
hope can be restored to many more tribal
communities.
